The resort is 100 km from Seattle Seaplanes Seaplane Base. The mineralized spring waters come from rain and melting snow, seeping through sedimentary rocks and rising to the surface.

Standard cabin rentals accommodate 4 guests and include linens, a table, chairs, and a dresser. ADA rooms have two double beds. Kitchen cabin rentals accommodate 4 guests and include a fully equipped kitchen with sink, refrigerator, stove/oven, coffee maker, dishes, flatware, cooking utensils, linens, table, chairs, and a dresser. ADA kitchen cabins have one king bed. Duplex-style kitchen cabins also accommodate 4 guests with the same amenities. The Riverside Suite is a separate building with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area. It sleeps 10 and has a 2-night minimum stay requirement.
